The Clocks Department
Having evolved over the past thirty years, Gardiner Houlgate is now firmly established as the premier auctioneers of horology with the sales forming an important part of the international clock calendar.
We stage two-day sales three times a year which include Fine Clocks on day one, followed by Affordable Clocks & Miscellaneous Horology on day two. In recent years some fine collections and timepieces have been sold.
Specialist sections include longcase clocks, wall dials and Vienna regulators, mantel and bracket clocks, carriage clocks, barometers, books, clock makers tools, music boxes. There is also a dedicated section for electric and industrial clocks – in fact everything of horological interest.
